Are you an experienced, reliable, and safety-conscious Class 5 Truck & Trailer Driver? Regal Haulage is actively seeking skilled operators to join our fleet in various locations NZ wide, casual or full time. Night and day shift options.

Shipping Coordinator (Casual)

We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to assist our Shipping team at any of following ports on a casual basis when the demand is there:

• Marsden Point
• Auckland
• Tauranga
• New Plymouth
• Timaru
• Christchurch

About the Role

This role is responsible for assisting with directing and supervising of transport companies and staff during bulk ship discharges from port to stores located within the above regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all shipping operations are completed in a timely manner and meet the standards required by the company and its customers.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with drivers, stevedores, other transport companies, MPI and key customers.

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• A good problem solver
• Good understanding and working knowledge of the Grain Import System-desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of the New Zealand Transport Industry
• A good basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Availability to work night shifts or day shifts

Diesel Mechanic

Regal Haulage is on the lookout for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
You’ll be working with a range of heavy transport vehicles, with a strong focus on late-model Volvos. This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment where your skills and experience will be valued.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with heavy transport equipment
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
• A valid driver’s license (Class 2, 4, or 5 is an advantage).
